As a manufacturer of DROMADER® debris chutes, we fully understand that safe and efficient delivery is as important as the highest quality of the product itself.

Our more than 20 years of experience in manufacturing and exporting chutes to markets in Europe, South America, Africa and the Middle East has taught us how crucial it is to carefully prepare each order for shipment.

In this article, we will detail how we make sure your order arrives on site, ready for assembly and work.

Our Commitment to Quality at Every Stage – Including Shipping

The foundation of our business is reliability and safety. These values guide us not only at the stage of design and production of DROMADER® chutes, but also in the process of their packaging and shipping. We know that proper cargo protection is a guarantee that the chutes, made of high-quality polyethylene DOWLEX 2629.10 EU, will retain their properties and be fully functional from the first day of use.

For us, as a Polish manufacturer with a global reach, proper shipping preparation is part of building trust and confirming our professionalism for customer service. Whether you order a few segments on a pallet or a full container of chutes, you can rest assured that we will do our best to ensure that the goods are properly protected.

The Process of Preparing DROMADER® Chutes for Transportation: Step by Step

We treat each order individually, adapting packaging methods to its size, type of transport and specific customer requirements. Our shipping preparation system includes several stages:

1. order verification before packaging.

Before we start packing the order, first of all, we check the accuracy of the entire order:

      • Compliance with the order: completeness of all components (basic, backfill, support structures, winches, accessories).

      • Technical condition: we verify the absence of any damage, cracks or material defects.

Only products that meet our standards are routed for further packaging.

    2. Packaging Methods Adapted to the Type and Size of the Order

Depending on the specifics of your order, we use various optimized packaging methods:

        • Pallet Shipping – for small orders. Smaller orders of a few to dozens of chute segments with accessories are ideal for pallet shipping. DROMADER® system components are carefully stacked on standard wooden pallets in a way that ensures their stability.

          • Segment stacking: Chutes are stacked in layers, often “one inside the other,” to minimize volume

          • Securing the cargo: The whole thing is solidly secured to the pallet with straps, and wrapped in stretch film, which protects against moisture, dust and keeps the whole thing on the pallet.

          • Space optimization: We take care to maximize the use of pallet space while keeping the cargo safe.

Packaging Options for Bulk Elements – pallet shipping

For the backfill component, we offer two packaging methods: MAXI and MINI. The choice of the appropriate method depends on the requirements of carriers and the destination country, as different transport operators impose restrictions on the height of shipments. Our standard is to use industrial pallets of 120×100 cm.

Container Shipping – for Large International Orders.

We are able to optimize the loading of goods into containers, offering various configurations depending on your needs and the type of items to be shipped. Below are examples of loading options, both palletized and bulk:

                    • Loading planning: We optimize the placement of segments and accessories in a container (such as a 20-foot or 40-foot container) to take full advantage of its capacity while ensuring easy and safe unloading.

                    • Securing in the container: we use appropriate auxiliary materials (e.g., lashing straps, wooden supports) to immobilize the cargo and prevent it from moving during transport, especially at sea.

                  Loading Without Pallets (Bulk)

When loading directly into a container, without the use of pallets, we are able to accommodate a much larger number of units:

                      • Tir (high volume):
                            • Backfill element: 192 pieces.

                            • Basic element: 980 pcs.

For palletized goods, the following quantities of pallets can be accommodated in a standard container:

                          • Hole section: 11 pallets (88 pieces)

                          • Straight section: 15 pallets (480 pieces)
