How does the process of ordering construction chutes work?
01
We recognize your company's needs
After receiving an inquiry - we inquire about key details.
We determine: quantities, type of products, place of delivery, date, method of delivery, terms of trade. The more precise the data - the better the tailored offer.
02
We are developing a commercial offer
We prepare an individual quote and terms of cooperation.
The offer includes: prices, availability, lead time, form of transport and possible delivery dates
03
We are finalizing
arrangements
Once the offer is accepted, we finalize the transaction.
At this stage, we determine the terms of payment, the form of delivery (our transportation / own collection) and plan the implementation process.
04
We prepare and pack the goods
We complete the order or start production.
We pack stock orders in 2-4 business days.
We complete larger production batches within 10-14 calendar days. Loading scheduled by separate arrangement.
05
We arrange
delivery
The goods are loaded and handed over for transportation.
You can use our transportation or pick up the order with your own carrier. Documents are completed and delivered together with the goods.
06
Delivery
goods
We contact you upon receipt of goods.
All deliveries include: invoice, technical card, installation instructions. On request - pallet confirmations and other logistics documents.
07
We open up opportunities for further cooperation
Once the order is completed, we can plan the next steps together.
We offer flexible terms, the possibility of booking production, individual logistical arrangements and full commercial support. Regardless of the scale - we focus on reliability, timeliness and transparent principles.

Packaging and transportation method
How do we pack our chutes?
Packaging Options:
- MINI packing: optimized for lower loading heights (e.g., trucks 2.40 m high). Allows transport of 8 bore backfill items per pallet or 32 base items per pallet.
- MAXI packing: Uses the full loading height (e.g., a 3.00-meter-high truck) to accommodate a larger number of items – 10 fill-ins with a hole per pallet or 48 basic ones.
Container and TIR Transportation:
We also present sample loading configurations for 20-foot and 40-foot containers and standard TIR trailers to facilitate logistics planning. Wherever ratios are given (e.g., 1:11), it means the ratio of backfill items (DTB001) to base items (DTR002). Accessories, such as reels or racks, are packed flexibly between the main elements.
These configurations are flexible templates designed to optimize transportation space.
